Lake Windemere

So I've spent the last few days in the lakes for my boyfriends birthday and we've had the most amazing time although now it has taken its toll on me and my feet. We stayed in between Windemere and Bowness in a little family run B&B called St Johns Lodge which we will definitely be visiting again. The hotel was central to both towns and offered an amazing breakfast. We managed to squeeze a lot into the short time we were there but are already planning another trip in the next few months as there was so much more we wanted to do.  Here's some photos from the last few days ...
